Smriti Rana, MD, FACOG
Dr. Smriti Rana is a board-certified OB/GYN dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women throughout every stage of life. Her experience includes high-risk obstetrics, complex gynecologic conditions, minimally invasive surgery, and long-term continuity of care.
Dr. Rana has served as Chair of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Abrazo Arrowhead Hospital and is also committed to medical education, mentoring students and residents. Recognized for her clinical expertise and leadership, she was named TopDoc Phoenix 2025 in women’s health.
Smriti Rana, MD, FACOG

Alissa Bachara
Alissa Bachara is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology with more than 20 years of experience in women’s health, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. She is dedicated to supportive, patient-centered care and education, helping women feel informed, heard, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
Outside the office, Alissa enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, growing family, and pets.
Verna Paul, FNP
Verna Paul, FNP is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology at Blessings OB/GYN & Women’s Care in Peoria, Arizona. She provides compassionate, personalized care for a wide range of women’s health needs.
Verna takes time to listen, explain care options clearly, and create treatment plans tailored to each patient. She earned her master’s degree in Family Health Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University and is dedicated to helping women feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.
